The LAB and Mission Creek Music Festival bring you Kids Rock, a punk rock afternoon featuring parent-child line ups and pre-teens who can jam with the best of 'em.

Evil Wikkid Warrior features two drummers, John Benson of A Minor Forest and Hale Zukas, and Mark Small of Hale Zukas and Burmese, plus ten year old Quinn, John's daughter who authors their lyrics and sings vocals.

Hellakraptor is a punk metal duo who play originals and covers from seminal bands like The Clash and The Ramones with Gabe (age 14) on guitar and King (age 12) on drums.

Rock Ceremony features the father-son duo of Sean and 10-year old Valis, who play both original songs and covers.

Demon (age 10) and Pietro d'Amato (age 13) of Total Annihilation state that their music sounds like ammonia smells, and cite their influences as books about vampires and ghosts, magic marker smell, Brian Eno, scented candles, and noise pollution. Come down to The LAB on June 17th for a family-friendly afternoon of punk rock, arts and crafts, ice-cream and snacks.

The LAB, a project of The art re grüp, Inc., is supported in part by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation; LEF Foundation; National Endowment for the Arts; Puffin Foundation Ltd.; Rainbow Grocery Cooperative; San Francisco Publicity and Advertising Fund's Hotel Tax/Grants for the Arts program; The San Francisco Foundation; The San Francisco Arts Commission's Cultural Equity Grants Program; Zellerbach Family Fund; and members of The LAB.
